I have virtual switches / automations set up for STHM and it is working well. I wanted to add additional automations using STHM, location mode, and sunrise/sunset to control the location modes but when I tried, it caused the original automations to stop functioning. It appears that there is a limitation with different automations that are trying to use the same if’s at the same time that caused the automations to stop working.
I don’t know enough about WebCore to make complex pistons so I thought I would look here for some help. I wish there was a class.
Here is what I would like the piston(s) to be able to do.
If STHM is or changes to “Arm Stay” or “Disarm” from sunrise to sunset then the location mode will be “Home”.
If STHM is or changes to “Arm Stay” or “Disarm” from sunset to sunrise then the location mode will be “Night”.
If STHM is or changes to “Armed Away” from sunrise to sunset then the location mode will be “Away”.
If STHM is or changes to “Armed Away” from sunset to sunrise then the location mode will be “Away Night”.
Any help would be appreciated.
