Stopped working

This piston was working for a few months then just stopped not sure if it was the time change when it stopped but that should not matter

I am not sure why it stopped working for you, but this is how I would code a piston like this:

Why not change it to
IF
Time is between Sunset and 23:15.
WITH
Switch 1 & 2.
DO
Turn On.
ELSE
WITH
Switch 1 & 2.
DO
Turn Off.
