Switch change working every other time

1) Give a description of the problem
I use alexa to start pc every day for it to work the off is used to make ready for next use

2) What is the expected behavior?
send wol then set for next use

3) What is happening/not happening?
the tun off working every other time if i say tun off then tun on it works

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage

From your description, the off command is not going thru…

Maybe try a 2 second WAIT command right before the OFF

That could work as well. Turn off the switch first… THEN run the WOL command

I do not understand why but changing to switch is on on first line makes is work

I think there is something that goes on with the WOL command that is causing the piston to timeout, terminate or whatever . . I have no idea. Apparently, every 2nd time the piston never gets to flip the switch. Changing the switch first allows that to complete every time and then the WOL can do whatever it needs to and there is nothing left for it to hose.
