Task button isn't working

1) Give a description of the problem
When I am trying to add an action to a statement, it isn’t doing anything.
2) What is the expected behavior?
I am creating a piston to turn lights down when watching tv and turn them up when tv paused or stopped

3) What is happening/not happening?
When I press the Add Task button, nothing happens

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage

So, when I am trying to add the statement after the last condition and I press the Task button, nothing happens.

Do a hard reset of your browser. You may need to reboot the computer. I’ve had this happen on occasion and that always resolves it.
