1) Give a description of the problem
I have a TBK home TZ35D Z-Wave dual wall dimmer 2 paddle switch. It is a wired switch. It was easy to switch out and the main paddle (left side) controls the wired in light. This worked out of the box and was great 
2) What is the expected behavior?
The right paddle is for associations. I would like to add another zwave dimmer lamp I have plugged in to work via this right switch.
3) What is happening/not happening?
I am not able to get the second switch to show up in ST app / ST api / WebCore. I am seeing the left switch though.
Any tips?
