Timer on water shutoff valve (DOME)

1) Give a description of the problem
I am new to WebCore and trying to find a way with my DOME Water Shutoff Valve to have a timer on it. This valve is made to shut OFF the valve to the water main in case of a leak or some event. I am planning to use it a bit opposite.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
The DOME valve is always OFF when physically attached to water fill connection to my pool. I want to manually turn the valve ON to fill the pool but have a timer run to automatically shut OFF after {25} minutes.
The only thing similar I have found is how to use a motion sensor to turn a light ON and then OFF again after X minutes.

Can webCoRE send on / off commands directly to the DOME?

In the UK we use an auto top up through the wall of the pool. Easy enough to install, maintains a constant level and cheaper than a DOME Valve.

Not everything needs to be ‘smart’
