Trigger event for more than a specific time

#1

what is the correct if trigger in line 22.
i need something like that:
“RGB Bulb stays online for 6 or more minutes”

#2

Are you expecting the bulb to be going offline on a regular basis or something?

#3

Yes. The bulb should go offline if it stays 6 minutes or more…

#4

Why would a bulb go offline?

If you have something turning it’s power supply off and on that’s very very bad for the bulb.

#5

Why is it bad to turn off the power supply for a bulb?

it was a misstake. here the new:
The Hue bulb dont send commands, if you use a momentary switch to switch on/off the bulb.
so the bulb is all the time “on”. you must turn on/off about the app.

So i want to do: If the RGB Bulb 5 is on for more than 6 minutes and the other devices are also on, then switch der other devices to off. because it´s to much light

if the RGB Bulb goes off, then switch on the other devices.

Your new piston looks ok.

Smart bulbs receive and in-rush of current every time your power them up at the mains… over time it will damage the circuitry.

Smart bulbs are meant to have a permenant on power supply.

#7

ok thanks. but i need still help with, because sometimes i use the normal key switch, so the bulb in smartthings log is still “on”.

If the RGB Bulb 5 is on for more than 6 minutes and the other devices are also on, then switch the other devices off.

what is the correct webcore if statement for “equal or more than 6 minutes?”

#8

I prefer to use waits.

IF
bulb 5 is on
and
Any of Other bulbs are on
Then
with other bulbs
wait 6 minutes
Turn off
