Trouble setting up new piston

1) Give a description of the problem
Trying to follow these instructions (https://wiki.webcore.co/#Opening_the_new_dashboard_from_your_phone) *but the options listed (if this, add that) do not appear on web page

2) What is the expected behaviour?
I expect to see what is outlined here (e.g. add a new statement, add an if, etc) https://wiki.webcore.co/#Opening_the_new_dashboard_from_your_phone

3) What is happening/not happening?
not seeing those options

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE THEN HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE LOGS AND CLICK ON THE </> ICON TO FORMAT THEM CORRECTLY)

Thank you. Got it up and running – I thought! – but it doesn’t actually do anything. Here’s what I want to do: if STHM is on and set to stay, and any contact sensor is opened, I would like an alarm (voice, siren, email or some combination of those would be good). I have searched the forum but while there are configurations for alarms, nothing as basic as this (that I found, anyway). Do you know of one?
