I don’t think you can get much neater, I do have one suggestion though. Instead of using a presence sensor, setup a global device variable and add the presence sensor to that and use the variable in all pistons. This way, if some moves in with you or you go on holiday and someone house sits, etc rather than trying to fiddle everything to make it work you can just add another sensor to the global variable and they get all the benefits you do.
