Trying to turn on living room lights

I am trying to turn on my bedroom lights in the morning at 7:10 AM if there is 30 min to sunrise but it is not working at all

It is not triggering at all

Try this. Run the test after importing it so it sets up the first action at the scheduled time.

Bedroom. I have just put the code that you put together. I will test it out and let you know if it works.
