I was looking at your piston again. Your IF statement at line 47 will not fire are you desire. Change it to an EVERY DAY statement (as the previous one) so that your light will turn off at 11:50 each night.
Turn light on only if motion sensor active

It worked good last night. Ill give it another day or to if it does not Ill change it as you suggest
