Tutorial Resources?

I am new to all this but I’m working my way through learning webCoRe. I’m blown away by how powerful it is. Up front, thank you for the insane amount of work it must have taken to create this. However, I’m having trouble teaching myself how to master this without any previous coding experience. Oddly, YouTube seems void of webCoRe tutorials and walkthroughs for advanced pistons. Perhaps I’m not looking in the right place. On the webCoRe forums, there is a video section but it’s also VERY lean. What is the best way to teach myself how to create these advanced pistons that you guys are posting? I think I’m close to having a breakthrough and really understanding this thing. Thanks for any help. I’m going to make another post following this one with a more specific question about a very simple piston that I’m working on. Thanks again for any advice/help.

For me the best way was to dive right in… Create a very basic piston and get it working. Once you do that, start asking yourself what you can add to the piston, or how you can make it more intelligent.
Definitely check out the “example pistons” category and start walking through each one, and “talk yourself through” the logic of what it’s doing.
You’ll have more questions than answers, but I’ve solved many problems by searching this forum.

Videos are lean because of how new webcore is. While it is well polished there are lots of things changing or could potentially change. Having old videos is not what any one wanted in the wild. Videos are harder to update in the future when things change.

As @allrak mentioned. One of the best ways is to find an advanced piston on the forum and try to work through how it works. Lots of people have asked questions that you might have. So searching the forum is helpful. When you still can’t find your answer then post and plenty of people will jump at the opportunity to help.
