Unable to Access Dashboard - square just spin

1) Give a description of the problem
Unable to access pistons from browser. The squares just keep spinning

2) What is the expected behavior?

3) What is happening/not happening?
I have changed my Security Password for webCoRE and accessed via a browser.
After entering the new password for Authentication, the squares just spin…

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach any logs (From ST IDE and by turning logging level to Full)
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE BETWEEN THE MARKS)

I had just IMported Contacts into STT and then webCoRE before this behaviour started happening.
I have tried accessing the dashboard from 2 different browsers (Chrome on Wondows10) and Safari on my MacBook Air without success.

I would appreciate advise

I have removed the contacts and all works again…does webCoRE support the STT Contacts?

We had a similar report recently where it seemed like a contact with a phone number only (no name or email) caused problems. There was a possible patch for that but I was never able to verify that the phone-only contact was the actual source of the problem. Would you be willing to try some debugging this week?

I had the same over the weekend whilst creating the new installation video.

I deleted an instance of webCoRE whilst the dashboard was open and upon refresh got SSOD instead of the login page.

Hard refresh etc didn’t work but but wiping the Browsing history and cache in Chrome did the trick.

Happy to do some debugging of course. What is needed to get this resolved…
I was wanting to get notifications sent to individuals was led me to get the Contacts initiated and integrated into webCoRE.
From Robin’s comment, I woudl prefer to get the issue resolved as opposed to clearing out Browsing History & cache etc
