Undeclared Throweable Exception

Recently some of the LED devices started showing these in the logs. The way it reads its issues with color and level settings yet they appear to work fine (as far as I can tell) most of the time. Any idea?

Brand/model of the LED devices?

Perhaps post an image of the piston.
