I don’t know if changed by will account for positive and negative values.
2) What is the expected behavior?
I would like to only trigger weather updates if a particular variable changes by a set value say +/- .5 " So during the day, I want to look at the different snowfall amounts and send a message if it changes by more than the set amount.
