How do people handle when guests are visiting? Especially when they are at home when you are not.
I was thinking of getting one of the arrive sensor but how do you handle presence when the sensor will be located at home most of the time when guests are not visiting but I want the house to see everyone as away. I wont want to have to go into all of my pistons every time someone comes and add the tile as a presence sensor.

Can you explain a bit more about what you want to accomplish?
I create a virtual switch ‘someone is home’ or something like that which I use to override my presence sensors.
I created a Simulated Switch called “Guest Mode”. It can be turned on or off by app, web browser, Alexa or Google Home. Then, in my normal day-to-day pistons, they act differently depending on whether “Guest Mode” is on or off.
I did just like @WCmore. Created that almighty Simulated Switch. Only I named mine Babysitter.
