How can I receive a text if this variable changes?

I’ve got this, but it says that the piston will never run on it own. (if it could run on its own, I’m not even sure it would what I want it to)
Basically I want a speaker to speak weather alerts. Any ideas?
Thanks a lot! Now all I need is a severe thunderstorm to rip my roof off to see if the piston works! Ok maybe just a dense fog advisory will suffice.
I was wondering if you were able to update this piston to reflect the current changes to how Smartthings gets the weather. ($twcweather)
This the closest i’ve come: formatDateTime($twcweather.conditions.sunsetTimeLocal,‘hh:mm’)
Or just $sunset inside the parentheses. But I noticed a 1 minute difference between them.
