webCoRe Difficulties

1) Give a description of the problem
I will confess…I cannot bring myself to move fully from CoRE to WebCoRe. The reason is that I cannot easily edit rules on the fly from my phone as I did with CoRE. Case in point. I have a piston I wrote for WeCoRe. I want to tweak a setting. I go through all the steps to register a browser…and login…and then I don’t even see the Piston listed there.

But if I go to the device and then click on the smartapps for that device, sure enough, there is a WebCoRe piston that can be reached from there.

Argh!! What am I doing wrong!

2) What is the expected behavior?
I just want a simple way to tweak my Webcore piston.

3) What is happening/not happening?
When I log into the dashboard, I don’t see my piston there. I can only see it when I click through to WebCore from the device within the ST App!

When I go directly to the dashboard, it says I have paused pistons and 2 “uncategorized pistons.” But I can neither see the uncategorized pistons nor put them into categories!

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage

5) Attach any logs (From ST IDE and by turning logging level to Full)
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE BETWEEN THE MARKS THEN HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE LOGS SND CLICK ON THE </> ICON TO FORMAT THEM)

If it just says webCore. It is not a piston. It just shows that that device is available to webCore. Any pistons will also be listed there, by the piston name. If you see that, then click on the piston name ad it should bring up the piston, in webCore.

As far as paused pistons. From the dasbord go to settings>>categories. Make sure it “ hide paused pistons” is not checked.

Right. I see the device in ST. I click on SmartApps. I see both the WebCore listing and the piston. If I were to click through to the Piston from ST I can in fact see the code for the piston.

BUT…if I start with WebCore and log in, I do not see my pistons. Here is what I see. Just says 2 uncharacterized. And I cannot click to expand the list to see the pistons.

While I’m at it, I keep getting this warning about not being up to date.
