WebCore OAuth problem

Upgrading to new ST hub deleted and factory reset old hub (webCore pistons gone) and setup a new hub and added a device. Went to reinstall Webcore. From WebCore WiKi
Did the IDE part and all looked good.
Got to ST App part and asked me to edit OAUTH and select “enable OAUTH from smart app” . When I did that it was already selected. Hit UPDATE and continued Got ERR “Sorry, it looks like OAuth is not properly enabled”.
Deleted everything and retried same results.
Can someone help me correct this.

Yes, then move to ST app IOS. After adding ady624 apps.

I made the problem worst. I have other problems I need to attend to before I try to get help with this.
