WebCoRE Presence

Hey Guys…recenntly setup Mobile Presence with WebCoRE. I noticed there is a Sleep/Awake setting, as well as Room presence. Is that for future use? or is there some capabilities there now?

It basically disables the sensor from sending location updates when you’re asleep… if I remember right, one of the minions requested it as their GPS was drifting and triggering things overnight.

Ah, not a bad idea, although if this works properly, there should be no drifting!!

I don’t think the drifting is due to the presence sensor but rather the devices GPS.

Drifting isn’t from the app, it all depends on the mobile signal strength in your area.

Thanks guys. Is there a way the Presence functionality can give current GPS location? I see it knows how far I am from home, so it must know…

Not on the device tile in the ST app, but a webCoRE piston can see longitude and latitude.
