WebCore vs Rule engine

Wemo fails on Webcore - Connection Refused,
Over time the webcore piston with a wemo plug and pico remote will fail to toggle the plug. The Hubitat Rule engine does not. Logs show connection refused.
Both activities are basically the same except different pico’s

I am just curious if your command is actually a “Toggle” command…
… or are you using “Turn on” and “Turn off”…?

The reason I ask is because when using “Toggle”, you are more likely to get “out of sync”.
(meaning occasionally, you will have to toggle twice to change the device)

Nevermind, I see now that you cannot send any commands to your Wemo…
