Xiaomi outlet health check

1) Give a description of the problem
Xiaomi outlet is working well, but if I disconect it smarttthings app shows that the device is still conected. Device health is not working for this device. I want a piston to check everyday the conection of this outlet.
If device=OFLINE not working
Is there any other way to check it?
