Yale conexis l1 as alarm contact in shm

1) Give a description of the problem
installed the z wave monitor which works fine however i thought id be able to use this as an alarm sensor as well.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
when shm active and door opens alarm goes off

3) What is happening/not happening?
not able to select the lock as a sensor to use in shm

You would need a door/window sensor. As you discovered, you can’t use the lock with SHM or STHM

ah, thats so annoying when i bought the module just for that purpose. Thanks for replying
