I think there are one or two or more ways to do this now…
1-create a virtual switch in ST, webcore can check for switch change. I use this at night "alexa, turn on bedtime"
2-I haven’t tried it but there is IFTTT support in webcore via the IFTTT maker channel. IFTTT also allows you to create triggers just as you describe “alexa trigger bedtime”

I do this with a slight modification, I use the virtual switch to trigger the piston, but instead of saying turn on XYZ, I use Stringify so that I can use phrases.

Such as " Computer, tell Stringify …"
"… good night (Family member name)"
"… good morning (Family member name)"
" … The family is upstairs “
” … The family is downstairs "
Etc.

My flow in Stringify is super simple, Alexa tile, select phrase, custom phrase. (Linked line) virtual switch, turn on
