Is there any other way to log on to Webcore if you don’t have access to the Smartthings App? I have a new cell phone which unfortunately is not compatible with the Smartthings App. So, not only can’t I access Smartthings, I can’t access Webcore neither. Essentially, I can’t obtain a code to register a browser. I’ve searched around with no success. Is there any way around this issue?

You can use the old phone (and webCoRE) to send the browser register code to your new phone’s web browser. This will let you create and edit pistons on the new phone.
