Phone = Motorola Moto G Power (2021)

webCoRE app worked well for 2 years on this phone. When I opened the app yesterday, it shows a blue bar with “webCoRE” written in white letters. The rest of the screen remains white. No spinning wheel or other action.
Things I have tried with no change in behavior:
- Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Force stop, clear cache.
- Power cycle the phone.
- Uninstall, reinstall.
Web browser access continues to work as expected. Any additional recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
