Cannot open a piston: "Sorry, an error occurred while retrieving the piston data."

I have one piston that I need to edit but it won’t open. The spinning squares spin for a while and then I get a message that says, “Sorry, an error occurred while retrieving the piston data.” I used the Clean up and rebuild data cache option and I’ve tried multiple browsers but nothing has worked. I can open other pistons. Does anyone know how I can get the piston to open or find out the backup code so I can restore it as a new piston?

Okay, never mind, I found other posts that told me how to see the backup code and how to delete the uncooperative piston. I’ll remember to RTFM (aka “use the forum search feature”) in the future.
