Install Issues - webCoRe never appears in ‘MyApp’

So…I’ve been through all of the steps several times, and webCoRe never shows up in the List on the App…

When I look at MySmartApps, all of my other apps show up as ‘Published’, all green, all straight up text. All of the webCoRe components show as ‘Published’. Blue. Italic. Etc…

Any clues as to what I missed? :frowning: Really looking forward to building some rules that work better than routines and scenes and stuff. :slight_smile:

  1. you are using https://account.smartthings.com ?
  2. you installed all 4 components?
  3. you enabled OAuth for the webcore component?
  4. you are using the ST Classic app and looking in Automation: SmartApps for the webcore app?

Thanks for the response. I checked the doc reference…thanks heaps! I followed the instructions to commit to my fork…got success response… the UI still shows them as blue.

To answer the other questions. All Yes…

Can you provide a screenshot of the 4 webcore components in IDE?

Correction to my post above. look in marketplace: Smartapps: my apps. If there, open it to create your webcore instance. After that, your instances of webcore will be in Automation: SmartApps

Most curious. You have installed other apps in IDE that show up in the ST app?

Yes, several. From rboy mostly, plus some device handlers that go with those.

Click on each of the blue ones and then click save, then click publish. See if they change to black color. If yes, look in your ST app :slight_smile:

Did that. No change. They’re all ‘black’, but still not showing in MarketPlace

Remove all of them. Then update from repo to re-add them, select the publish field at the bottom of the screen and click execute.

Hello again!.. So, I had a couple of days to have to my day job, so I’m just getting back to this.

I did the complete removal, complete reinstall twice, same result both times. I even followed step by step by step with install tutorial to be sure I didn’t miss anything.

The app never appears in either the Marketplace or the Automation areas where I could add the app…

So…I’m stuck. What would you like me to try next?

ARGH!! Got it figured out. I feel kinda dumb…

I login to the ide with my ‘main’ SmartThings account. BUT, I have two other ‘users’ associated with the account so that the presence sensors for each work properly in the app (two phones…)…

So, we login with our individual user accounts in the apps.

I was logged in with mine in the app on the phone as well as on my ipad. ‘

So, I switched to the master account and voila! WebCoRe is there.

Installed & automating and stuff…

So. Mystery Solved.

Now, off to bang out some automations…
