iPhone App Not Installing

I just tried purchasing the iPhone app for webCoRE and all appears to go well with the purchase, but the app never installs (iPhone 6+). Is anyone else having this issue?

Depending on the phone, iOS11 may ask you to double tap the power button to continue, or something like that. I’d just try again, I have not seen this before. Let me know if you’re still having issues and we can contact Apple.

I rebooted my phone and now it seems to work fine.

Apple did experience an iTunes/App Store outage for a couple of hours on Tuesday. But it was a couple of hours before your post so don’t know if that was the issue or not. :slight_smile:
