Coincidentally, this is a case where there actually was a bad configuration somewhere in SmartThings. So as discussed in this topic, on the live dashboard the 3rd time you visited the dashboard it logged you out automatically. On staging it showed a blank screen except for the navigation where you were able to log out yourself.

Normally we would expect the issue to be either an outdated token or similar in the browser dashboard data where logging out will resolve the issue, but in your case there must have been something wrong on the ST side.

This should be fixed in today’s v0.3.104.20180323 release which will require updating your smartapps at ide.smartthings.com and possibly hard refreshing the dashboard. Also mentioned in this thread, you can use the enter key to submit the registration code and password forms.

That message no longer appears in the new version, please try to clear your browser cache anywhere you see that. If refreshing the page or restarting your phone doesn’t work you can clear the cache at Settings>Safari>Clear history and website data. Your smart apps should be fine, just the dashboard site needs to reload.
