Logging in to webcore dashboard

Just realized that if I ever lost my phone, I cannot access webcore so I tried to create an account (so that I wouldn’t have to do the ‘register a browser’ thing from ST app). Problem: the ‘create account’ link doesn’t go anywhere. Suggestions? Thanks

Accounts are not set up yet. If you log into SmartThings app from any phone then you will be able to register a browser again.
