Nest Connection Issues


Is anyone else experiencing issues with the connection between SmartThings and Nest products (specifically a thermostat)? Mine is saying that the status and api is good yet it also says it hasn’t checked in since 2/19 at about 6PM. Anyone have ideas for a possible fix?



You can try opening NST Manager in the ST app and clicking on Save. if that does not resolve it, the best place to post is in the NST Manager thread on the ST forum…


Either the tip of hitting save worked or it’s a coincidence but nevertheless I’m back in business so to speak!
