Newbie unable to access SmartApps

I am a newbie unable to access all my smartapps since the outage. I was switched over to Samsung Connect without consent. I initially reset my hub and added all my items back to Smartthings but the next day it was asking me to reset my hub again. So I downloaded the Samsung Connect app just to test a theory. I logged in and there was all my stuff except I can’t figure out how to access all my smartapps. Any suggestions. I see them all in IDE and when I add a device manually I see it in my device list in the app but that’s it.
