Password not accepted

Hi Fellow thinkerers, I’ve installed webcore per instructions. When I want to login to either the dashboard on my phone or my laptop it prompts me for the password again. I tried to change the password to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Are you trying to log in with the user password section?

If all then this is not working yet.

You need to click register a browser from the SmartThings app then type that into the code box. You will then be prompted for the password you set up in the webcore settings page.

Hi, I’m trying with the generated code, then hit register. It brings me to the password screen. I give it the correct password but then get a new password screen.

Try removing and re-installing the app. It might be a quicker fix.
