Piston upgrade to v3

I had all my pistons at v0.2 and now I upgraded webcore to v0.3. I see two smart apps in my smarthings. How do I upgrade from pistons and just have one webcore smartapp

If you’ve updated the DTHs is ST, that will upgrade your pistons too.
