Please help me as I am very new to this. I am trying to access Webcore. Every attempt I am asked for a registration code. I enter the code and my password and am taken to the home page where it says “There was a problem loading the dashboard data. The data shown below may be outdated; please log out if this problem persists.” And then the whole page freezes and I can go no further. I have not accessed Webcore in over a year and now I am locked out. What can I do?

I followed the video and redid everything all over again and nothing has changed. WebCoRE is locked up and does not show any of my pistons. Is there a phone number for tech support or something??
