Hi long story but i have had to reset my hub losing everything. Before ST removed everything i quickly took a copy of my backup bin codes. Because i have setup a new Webcore account within the ST app i dont seem to be able to restore the pistons with the bin code , is that normal ?
anyway i can restore without having access to the old location ?
