Stop Motion Alerts On Ring Pro

Hello,
Is there a way to temporarily stop motion alerts on a Ring Pro when presence sensors arrive home? Goal is to keep people in the house from triggering motion alerts as we come home.

Hi there,
I haven’t tested yet but I just checked the device commands and I saw MUTE and TURN OFF
You gave me a great idea actually because sometimes motion alerts are really annoying.
I will test this and report back…

I can tell you that MUTE had no effect when I tried that. I haven’t checked TURN OFF yet.
