Today I was working on my automation in the dashboard and had signed out of my account. I am unable to get to my dashboard; however, the automations work as expected. I can’t sign in using my username but my email address gets me to this forum fine. I tried resetting my password but the account name is no longer available. Please help. I’m not sure what category this is really supposed to go. My hope is I won’t lose the work already created.

The dashboard is found at http://dashboard.webcore.co and will require a registration code to link with the webCoRE smart app. There are no usernames, just the registration code and the password that you created in the smart app to guard your dashboard.
