"There is a problem loading the dashboard data" after logging in to webcore dash board on any device


1) Give a description of the problem
after saving a piston, every device and browser state the following error along the top “there was a problem loading the dashboard data. the data shown below may be outdated; please log out if this problem persists” on one device i completed and that device i can’t see any pistons anymore, while the others i can still see most of them.

3) What is happening/not happening?
unable to load any piston, missing some pistons.

What can be done to recover my dashboard?


Go into your SmartApps section in your Smartthings App, Click on Webcore, Scroll down to settings and click on it, scroll down to Clean up and rebuild data cache.
