I was trying to setup a webcore presence sensor but when I hit add sensor and give it a and then his save it goes back to the original screen with no new sensor created. No error message or similar. Happens both on my iPhone and iPad.
Is it me or a bug?
It won’t show in the webcore app. Look in smartthings app. Does it show in there under things?
No not there. Nothing in smartthings app.
I had assume it would show in webcore iOS app as it was the app providing the geofencing.
Have you installed the webCoRE presence device handler in the IDE?
Without, the webCoRE app let’s you name and save a sensor, but it won’t ever appear as a ‘thing’ in the ST app.
So it was me, the presence devide handler wasn’t present. Quick refresh from git fixed it.
Maybe an enhancement in the app is to give some status of success or not.
