Update SmartApp Version in IDE?

1) Give a description of the problem Got the message…
A newer SmartApp version (v0.3.10a.20190223) is available, please update and publish all the webCoRE SmartApps in the SmartThings IDE.

2) What is the expected behavior?
I updated in the IDE but am still getting the message. Can someone walk me thru the process to make sure I get all the steps. Thanks in advance.

3) What is happening/not happening?
(PUT YOUR INFO HERE)

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach any logs (From ST IDE and by turning logging level to Full)
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE BETWEEN THE MARKS THEN HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE LOGS SND CLICK ON THE </> ICON TO FORMAT THEM)

Try a hard refresh of the dashboard in your browser.

Check to make sure you published all 4 Smartapps in IDE.

Sorry to add on to this question, but I’m super new to webcore and have zero programming experience. I was able to install and use webcore with my ST using the tutorial, but now I’m at a loss as to how to update. I tried the IDE and went into the SmartApps and I can’t find anyway to update.
Is there a tutorial or list of the steps needed?
