WebCoRE app on iOS frequently prompts for location

For the past few days WebCoRE has stopped updating my presence and when I open the WebCoRE app on my phone I get the prompt “this app would like to access your location”. I click OK and presence gets updated. The day after the same thing happens. I think I went the last few months without any issue but now it’s a daily occurrence. Does anyone know what causes this and is there a permanent solution? Note location services is set to Always in my privacy settings on my phone.

Forth day in a row now. Same popup, presence stops working until I open app and click OK. Happening on my daughters phone too.

Was there ever a solution to this? I have a number of IOS devices, some get the prompt, some do not…and I can’t see a difference with regards configuration.
