Hi,

I’m getting this message on the dashboard,

A newer UI version (v0.2.0e6.20170830) is available, please hard reload this web page to get the newest version.

But how do you hard reload the web page? I have closed it reopened it, logged out and back in but it keeps coming back.

I get this also on the app, but it goes away after a reload.

I also am getting the word “here” displayed in a grey bar across the top of the dashboard. Only for 2-3 seconds, then it fades away.

I’m still getting this message, is it something I’m doing wrong or missing?

Using chrome you can press f12 and then right click on the refresh button and you will see an option “empty cache and hard reload” select that.

Unless I am not following your issue, reloading the browser (in my case Chrome) is done by pressing F12 once in the dashboard, then right click on the refresh icon and select Hard Reload. Press F12 again to close the dev window

yep that did the job thanks :smile:. why does that happen then? is it not updated until you do that?

The pages are loaded with a cache duration that instructs the browser to not reload them from the server for a set period of time. A browser would not “normally” relod those tesources until that period passes, to conserve both user bandwidth and server resources, as well as load faster.

I find holding Ctrl whilst clicking the browser refresh button also does the trick (Chrome and IE)
