Can’t get the snapshots function to work. Help

Please provide information for us to help you. You can’t take a screenshot because you can’t find the button, because the button does nothing, because the popup does not show a screenshot, because the screenshot cannot be saved… what are we dealing with here?

I fixed it by using Safari instead of Chrome on Iphone. Thanks

Can you please tell us what the problem was for the benefit of people who find this topic in the future?

In iOS 12 saving a piston snapshot in Chrome is accomplished by tapping the snapshot which opens a new tab where the image can be saved with a long press.
