Changed DTH and Renamed, Old Device Name still appears in browser

#1

I changed the DTH of my MIMOlite from the “ST Generic zwave switch” to a new DTH that can handle the dual sensor and i/o switch capability of the MIMOlite. I then renamed the device in the SmartThings Device IDE and verified that it was renamed. I then verified that it was renamed in the WebCore ST iOS App.

When I checked the WebCore browser to access that renamed device, it did not show up, but was still listed as the old name and did not have any of the sensor capability from the new DTH. I logged out of WebCore browser and and re-logged back in a new registration code. No change in the device, still the old name and non updated DTH capabilities.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

I have one existing WebCore Piston that references the old device name and appears to still be working as a generic zwave switch, but I am afraid to update this piston since I cannot locate the new device name in the list of physical devices.

Wow, I cleared all my cookies in Chrome, and re-logged to WebCore, now all my device names are missing, even though they are all listed in the iOS Webcore SmartApp. Now What?

Did you update webCoRE today? Update it again please. Then refresh the dashboard.

Visit the settings > Available devices and just tap done. That forces a cache clearing. Browser caches device list. If all devices disappear, reupdate webCoRE, there was a glitch with the latest update today.

Wow *2: Looks like WebCore was in the middle of a database rebuild, and when I went into the ST IDE and manually saved and republished all the WebCore modules, a new WebCore update was detected and I imported and published.

I logged out of the browser, logged back in with a new registration code, and now the variables names are showing, including the renamed device.

Thanks @ady624 for this excellent application. I could not survive SmartApps without your dedication and hard work!
