Deleting a (blank) Category

Don’t recall seeing a discussion around this issue, but I have some kind of orphan category that I cannot get rid off… Thoughts? I tried to name (rename) and then delete, but still no joy…

AFAIK, deleting category was not implemented yet. Might not be a bug but only @ady624 can confirm.
