I have problem when i set to wait more than some seconds

when i set to wait for 30 seconds does not close if set it for 3 sec closing normaly

is something wrong with my code or is problem of webcore?

the problem happen both for wait 30 sec and 60 sec then does not do the next step expect if goes down to 3 sec for example

In the WITH for your second statement, change TCP {Task Cancellation Policy) to never.
