I just got a weird SMS notification

I have a bunch of SMS notifications set up and they normally come through a number 844647. I just received one through a completely separate number for an even that didn’t actually occur. That number is 202-999-3389.

Now, I can’t get SMS notifications to trigger at all. Has anyone else experienced this?
