Iphone presence

Since a couple of day, my piston that use my iphone as a presence sensor, isn’t working 90% of the time

Anyone having the same issue?

I’m using my iphone as a presence sensor to unlock my smart locks when I come home. Is there another solution ?

It might sound stupid and obvious, but are you using the webcore app or the embedded presence sensor of the ST app?

I had the same problem last week. Presence didn’t update for a couple days. Finally after a reboot of the iphone followed by opening up the webcore app, it started working again.

My webcore app is always On, like my ST app on my cellphone

In my piston, the name I see on my trigger is the same name as I see in ST app, should I see something else, If I downloaded the presence sensor for webcore in my smart apps?

I think you found something, just did a new presence sensor in the webcore app. I edit my piston to use that new presence sensor

Will see if it’s workings tonight
